The first day, i went to Dr. Cermin, they wanted Vehicles Registration Certificate (VRC). Call my sister to snap pictures of it and send it to me, but cannot proceed due to the image was not sharp enough. Fine.
Second day, i went again, early in the morning, they ask me to sit inside then one of the Taukey asked me to get up from the chair. Honestly if he said politely i would stay. But stayed for 5 minutes but no one came to me ask for anything. Check other windscreen shop on Google maps and found Windscreen2U. I start the engine and leaves the shop, went immediately to Windscreen2U.
Once i reached there, immediately one of the staff ask me what to do, told him i want to change windscreen, i showed him my insurance and my VRC, but seems like he dont really need it(VRC). Then he ask me for IC and licence. Gave it to him. He check everything (processing and stock availability) and immediately tell "okay bang boleh buat!".
Leave the car, and i went somewhere to fill up the time. He texted me one of th wiper cannot be pull out, but he said he tried as best as possible. I said Okay.
After few hours, the installation completed. Im very satisfied with work. He explain dos and donts. And sign few papers. And i leave.
Honestly, i feel very satisfied. No drama. I highly recommend.????????????????????

My car windshield was badly crack and I'd googled for it. And due to the pandemic situation, I've called before walk-in. The operator was really responsive, as she checked my windshield insurance firsthand to make things smooth and later set my appointment.
The shop is easy to locate as it just beside the main road, adequate car park and in the picture sited; the workshop is clean, comfortable and following the SOP. They sanitize the interior car before proceeding with work. The workers are professional, and it took 3 hours for the whole process. I am really satisfied with the outcome. Well done
